First purchasable module

Brunnen decided to release their excellent, modern German translation “Hoffnung für Alle” (GerHfa2002) for use by the Sword community.
This module is locked. If you want to use it, you can buy an unlock key for 22 € directly from Brunnen.
Currently you will have to edit the conf file by hand to include the unlock key. MacSword will be updated soon to provide a better interface for this exciting new module and further modules.
